WHAT I AM GONNA DO TODAY? – TÔI DỰ ĐỊNH SẼ LÀM GÌ TRONG HÔM NAY?

            Có những ngày mình thức dậy, không có một kế hoạch định trước, không có một định hình cho công việc ngày hôm ấy như thế nào. Và kết quả là mình thức dậy rất trễ, mình ngủ nhiều hơn và trông của uể oải hơn.

            Ngẫm lại có những ngày mình cực kì bận, ngủ chỉ 6 tiếng một ngày, trưa napping chỉ là 30ph nhưng vẫn cực kì hăng hái làm việc. Việc gì vào tay cũng giải quyết nhanh gọn trong vòng 3 nốt nhạc 😛

            Suy nghĩ và cơ thể của chúng ta rất kì lạ, nếu chúng ta tiêm vào nó một thứ gọi là Kế hoạch/Định hướng công việc cho tương lai, nó sẽ có nhiệm vụ điều chỉnh cơ thể theo ý mà chúng ta muốn. Giúp ta hoàn thành công việc được nhanh hơn và tốt hơn.

Nếu nói về Productivity Tips, có một bí quyết gia truyền mà không phải ai cũng nhớ. Đó là “Lập kế hoạch”

           Hãy ghi ra những công việc bạn muốn làm trong tuần, trong tháng. Sắp xếp theo thứ tự ưu tiên “First come, 1 serve” -Cái nào gấp thì làm trước, cái nào có thể nhờ ai làm hoặc dời lại được thì bỏ qua Waiting List chẳng hạn.

Mỗi đêm trước khi đi ngủ cần review lại những việc bạn đã làm được trong ngày, sau đó nhẩm tiếp các công việc bạn cần giải quyết vào ngày mai và nhắc bản thân: Tôi sẽ thức dậy 6h để thực hiện những việc này.

Tin Susie thử đi, đảm bảo bạn muốn thức dậy 6h, không cần báo thức lâu bạn cũng sẽ tự thức dậy được =). “Thí nghiệm đã được chủ thớt tự tay thử nghiệm ;)”

1308 Daily Journal- IELTS journey

After being “interviewed” so many times about “How can I improve English, how should I practice my Listening and Speaking skills” from my friends ,I decided to write this journal in order to keep my IELTS learning journey saved so my friends can follow if they want to =)

This blog will also a place where I share my own experiences in how I practice my Self-development and how it affects my inner journey. So let’s get started =)

To be honest, I sleep about 6 hours per day (5h30 for a night and 30 mins for napping). I work and study almost 8-10 hours per day and exercise at least 2 hours per day (1 hour for morning and 1 hour for after). In this post, I will divide my post into 3 parts which include Morning practice – Afternoon practice and Night routine =)

I normally start my day at 5.30 am with The Miracle Morning rituals The Miracle Morning. It is really a great way to start your day. The Miracle Morning starts with 6 Letters: S.A.V.E.R.S –Silence -Affirmations-Visualization-Exercise-Scribing. You should read this book- Highly Recommend!!!

Before I start my daily work, I will create a To-Do List . First, I will estimate how many “hours” I need to do at school, meetings or working (I do teach English online and for some of my friends – quite busy T.T ) Then I will consider how many hours I have for my personal study. I try to improve my productivity while I’m studying or working because every minute does count!!! Finally, make your own To-Do-List which includes tasks that you need to do in that day. For those who are learning English or trying to improve your IELTS score, your studying time must account for 1/3 of your personal time. For example, If I have 5 hours for my Personal time in that day, I use 2-3 hours to learning 4 Skills in English which is – 3o mins for Active Listening. Active Listening is a good way to Wake up your brain and improve your concentration. Try to take note important works in the audio. You can review that note at night before you go to bed and listen to it one more time 😉

Next is Reading. If you don’t need to take the IELTS test in the short time- you can choose either do 1 Reading practice Test or read Newspapers. There are various sources you can choose, just pick whatever you’re interested. Reading newspapers can improve your Reading ability. Even you don’t fully understand that article, but I’m sure after a Month doing this continuously, your Reading skill will gradually increase.

How about Speaking and Writing?? To me, It’s the hardest part to master. It took me ages to be fluent in Speaking. There is a way I can suggest you which is use Ideas in your Listening practice and try to speak it out loud in your own way. Be creative.!!

I started to learn Writing seriously since I knew I need to improve my Writing so as to get high band score for my IELTS test. I don’t have any pieces of advice for you in this part. But there is a way which is highly recommended by most IELTS teachers is- Using note in the Reading and Listening or whatever sources that you have and try to analyze Grammar structure and Vocabulary from that articles. That’s how you can learn to write English like Native speakers

One thing that I forgot to mention here which is Vocabulary. How can I memorize new Vocabulary? There is no trick for this, just by applying New words in your daily practice. The more you do it, the better you can get.

I think that’s quite long for my first IELTS post today. I will try to keep writing daily. Hopefully, it will become my new habit!

When you feel you are having a lazy day

Yes, you’re losing your motivation in doing something for you, or your life. i can guarantee it. I have this same feeling so many times. “After a hard day is an exhauted day” Yes, No blame for it. When you put your all energy in doing something great for you and then what will happen? some people might feel exhauted within the next day, but some are not. They are motivated to get it done for something really great for themselves.

So, What should i do when i’m in lost for nowhere in life?

So what? just get your ass off Mind

Get a trick for your mind and do it. Think about the results that you can get in the future.

What is it, susie?

If you want to change somebody else, change yourself first.

I just remember about that sentence. That’s fine. I will do it now

It’s more than just a Movie

Recently, I’m so deep in love with a movie named: The descendants of the Sun. A good movie with a great guy and things inside. it’s quite hard for me to describe my feeling about that movie. it’s beyond my expectation. I haven’t watched Korean movie for so long and now I know how it can make you addicted.

There is one thing i realize that I want to do Volunteering.Seeing the happiness of these children when they are helped. I just want to do something to fulfill it. So much emotion inside myself right now which i couldn’t understand why.

Why do we need to clear a mess in our life

Life is messy. I agree. And what is more important is: We don’t know how to get it back to organized status. I normally face with quite a lot of things:

  • Share a bunch of posts on my Facebook wall and Never have a look at it again
  • Throw my stuff everywhere. I hardly find my stuff right on time.
  • My mind is full of thoughts.

 
pexels-photoI found out that. The reason why we mess our life up is just because we are unorganized. We don’t really spend time for things which is needed to get done more than things do not need to be done. Or simply, we just don’t realize how to value our time is when we think we are doing the “Right” things but we don’t.

So how are we going to clear that messy things?

My answer would be:

Delete it. Organize it with little things but it’s worth to do it.

Our time is precious and everyone have the same 24 hours. Why  out there, somebody can make a million dollar per month, have a great relationships with friends and social but you don’t? So then I suggest you should rethinking about how are you spending time everyday! Continue reading

Put yourself out of your Comfort Zone

I was too scared. I’m so afraid that i will fail so many things. Scholarships, Job opportunities.. So much thing i didn’t take for myself. I wondered why? Is it i’m not good and smart enough to do it?

No, YOU DON’T.

You’re just fear about your future, you fear that what will you do if you couldn’t control it. But it’s not your nature. There are milions people try and get their results.

I would suggest you to Take Action in everything you think about in your heart, in your mind

Get a To DO List everyday with 5 most Important things you must achieve in the Day

It MUST be:

  1. Do Yoga Morning and Afternoon
  2. 1 hour for pratice and Learning English
  3. 1 hour for Self Improvement Reading
  4. 2 hour study for Business and Entrepreneurship.
  5. Positive Thinking!

Think about this: How your person in the future will do what things you’re about to do TODAY?
